  I contacted Assured Lending 3 years ago having difficulties obtaining a home loan.
  Quintin was very knowledgeable and helpful.
  He was able to structure the home loan application and was successful with LVR 99%.
  He always follow up with the latest offer and touch base with his clients.You have a go with Assured Lending and you are guaranteed success with your application.

  I have had the pleasure of using Assured Lending on several occassions,each time I have found Quintin to be extremely honest and genuine.
  
  Quintin has that rare ability to make complex things sounds simple and at no time have I found Quintin to be pushy.
  
  I highly recommend Assured Lending for that smooth experience,more often then not loans and refinancing can get stressful ,Quintin makes it all so easy.

  Absolutely fantastic, Quintin is extremely knowledgeable and experienced, he has an answer for every question you can throw at him!
  
  Quintin helped my wife and I with the purchase of our first home. When other mortgage brokers said it wasn't possible he looked at our situation and found a way to make it happen. This was over 2 years ago now and he still reaches out to make sure we are happy with our loan terms and to make sure we are getting the best deal on the market.
  
  I would not use anybody else for home loans, couldn't have had a better experience and will certainly be using Assured Lending again when the time comes !

  Assured Lending made our dreams come true. While I had Quintin Hampshire come & review our finances he was able to offer us a loan that not only improved our every day finances also made our dream of taking our family to Disneyland come true. Quintin got us a lower interest rate so our repayments were significantly reduced and we were able to draw out some of the equity in our property for a new car and for the holiday. For this we are eternally grateful & have no hesitation in recommending their services. They did all possible to improve our situation while making dreams come true.
