SS OWNERS CLUB , is coming to Apollo Bay today! Over 140 SS HOLDENS will be cruising down to enjoy a day at Apollo bay fore shore and will be raising money for the local CFA.. we will be having Raffles which is open to the public.. show n shine , CFA fire truck, and awesome display of SS HOLDENS so come down and check out the SS owners club..

Reception staff excellent, the site we had was amazing from the front views of the ocean from the back the mountains. Amenities area nice and clean but one complaint it took so long to get some hot water and temperature wasn’t continuous when in shower. Camp kitchen lovely, used the laundry was clean but could do to be a bit warmer.

Stayed here for the night - a happening place. Dinner at the Brewhouse followed by a night listening to a great band 19-Twenty who were amazing and had the place rocking.

Love this place 2/5 hours away from Melbourne. Well worth the trip. Me and my partner spent 5 days in paradise the beaches are to die for, the views are breath taking. Cold but manageable this time of the year. Always something to do in and around apollo bay depending on your fitness level. Loved every moment walking through forests seeing waterfalls nothing short of the best I've seen.
If I had to sujested a place this would be it cafes in area are the best coffee I have had Melbourne cafe owners needs a lesson from these guys at cafe 153. Our busy city life stops here apollo bay you are our ticket for short weekends away now. Love every single minute �����response / report this review -

I have been holidaying in Apollo Bay for fifty years and have never tired of it. I have seen it evolve from a sleepy village to one of the busiest hubs on the Great Ocean Road. It's still the place where time and dates mean nothing, where I go to simply relax. Still my happy space after all these years. Love the bakery and the ice cream shop. The seal trip from the harbour is great as as the people who run the cruises.

Apollo bay has been our holiday destination for 20 yrs. Our children had holidays there when they were little. A place of serenity and beauty.

Best holiday spot!!!
Lovely beach, lovely people too. A huge presence of life savers is reassuring.
Good food at very reasonable prices and not hard to get accommodation with so many houses available to rent.
Was very cold yesterday but we still had an enjoyable time. Will be back!!response / report this review -

Good stop over point when you head out to The Twelve Apostles. Plenty of food selection and the local people are very friendly.

Best place I love Apollo Bay been going there since 1972 and it still has that beautiful welcoming feel about it . Would highly recommend this awesome town to everyone.

We love the place so much, got no complaints. In summer months always full of people around. In winter months little bit quiet. Nevertheless we love the place.

While it is beautiful & picturesque, it's not set up for people driving through with a caravan. Much as we wanted to spend some time there, we couldn't park the car & van anywhere within reasonable walking distance 😔

Great experience. We visited the apollo bay fish market on Saturday throughly enjoyed it. There was a stall selling boards. Cutting wooden boards / cheese boards. Do you have a contact number please.

Have been going there since I was Five. A six hour journey with four kids in the car.
Have the most Amazing Memories of the BEAUTIFUL blue water.
We would spend hours walking on and beach and the rocks and collecting Shells.
When it's too hot we would head up to Paradise. The BEAUTIFUL Rainforests with the Amazing views of such MASSIVE tree ferns and trees. The Fresh air almost makes your nostrils sting.
A very Friendly Community with some BEAUTIFUL shops .
I'm now 54 and its still my MOST FAVOURITE PLACE to Holiday.
No overseas trips for me when I have the BEST HOLIDAY DESTINATION only two hours away.response / report this review -
