We were in a group. The problem is they call the Bondi Pizza a Meat Supreme and there is also a Super Supreme Pizza. Others were waiting for the Bondi Pizza, I ordered Super Supreme so when the waiter with all the noise, I heard supreme that was mine. But in fact I was eating the Meat Supreme while the others were waiting for the Bondi Pizza. The menu says Bondi Pizza and the waiter calls Meat Supreme, they didn't know. Why on earth do they call more than one pizza supreme? No wonder there are mix ups. We did get a free Super Supreme pizza as a consolation to share, but should have been avoided in the first place, we were the visitors, they work there, they should fix the communication. Pizza did taste great.

Went out tonight for a 28th birthday here . Service started slow but once the orders were taken it flowed very well, food came out quick and hot. Was great tasting and the staff made an effort to bring out more table water and glasses if need be. Was packed but still had the attention and organisation for our table of 18 people.

Thanks Bondi pizza, will be back again

My partner ordered a pizza and I just had Sweet Potatoe Fries. Chips were good but pizza was very average for $26. I got charged $8.95 for tap water - thank goodness I noticed and refused to pay. Also had the wait staff trying to up order us all the time - pressure from management? Took some of the shine off for me. Wont be in any hurry to return.

Tired of the quality now. Used to love the takeaway pizza here but now it’s not fresh and last time my pizza wasn’t what I ordered even after expressing to them to make it fresh as last two times is wasn’t. Never again

Arrived near closing time, was welcomed in and seated by friendly and helpful staff.

Only had pizza (supreme) and it was SENSATIONAL! Thin, crisp with tasty fresh topping.

Better than any others on church st or ANYWHERE. imo.

Had a booking for a table of 21 people last night. A majority of the people seated at the table are deaf. To get the menu we had to flag 4 staff members who totally ignored us, food was put on the table without communicating properly as to what it was. It was absolute chaos!

It took 40 minutes and me having to ask a staff member to have our tables cleared as we were being ignored. After settling the bill I spoke to a guy and tell him that I was quite disappointed in how the service was. Obviously they are used to dealing with a large number of customers at the one table which would have all been hearing customers. Another guy came along and explained to him what happened. He went on to say that there must have been a communication breakdown which I told him should not have happened and the staff made that decision for the "communication breakdown". I said it shouldn't take one person who can hear and talk to actually make it known that the service was lacking and that we were being treated poorly.

He said that a meeting will be held to discuss with the staff what has happened to ensure it does not happen again. Told him I wouldn't be back again as it just proves how closed minded some people can be.

My husband has been sick since leaving your restaurant yesterday so its pretty clear hygiene is not your top priority!!! He has had a fever amongst other unpleasant symptoms and he and another friend who ate here yesterday both having similar symptoms so its clear you need to take better care with your food!! Two weeks untill our baby is due is also a really bad time for me to be worrying about if im going to get sick aswell ��

I was told about the place by a couple of friends and decided to try it out one night. Needless to say, as a pizza fanatic, I was personally impressed. The crust was well done and the toppings complemented each other beautifully! Will definitely get a pizza from here in the near future, you should too!
