Great little store with good customer service.

As a relative newby to the 4x4 experience Sean and staff were patient and helpful. The service was second to none as was their workmanship, highly recommend ARB Ballarat although more expensive than some the old adage rings true "you get what you pay for" they will get any repeat business from me.

Very poor customer service, and when my ute was getting serviced I was told it'll be done by 1 hour so I can go for walk and they'll call me 10 minutes prior to being done, almost an hour and a half later haven't heard anything from them I went back and another guy working there said here's your keys and I found they forgot my service book and when I went to get it it was sitting in their tray and wasn't even filled out by them.
