During construction of our new bathroom our new bath tub was replaced twice, and panels on our vanity were replaced three times. And now, only 3 years later items in our Renovation D bathroom are in need of repair and replacement. Rusting, peeling and cracking items. Renovation D's dim-witted response was that the 'item was damaged by water' and they will not help. It's a bathroom!! Do not purchase from this supplier.

Bought a custom built kitchen from them.
The service was excellent and the kitchen of high quality.
Tom was a pleasure to deal with.

Very poor service and sent a used item. I am a plumber by trade and ordered a freestanding bath tap requiring a hole cut through the tiled floor. Each tile was 1200 x 600 so after the tap leaked from the tap top assembly I was a little frustrated to say the least. Why did I send it back? Because I live in Brisbane and I had trouble getting it delivered in the first place. After two weeks and still no word of its arrival I decided to ring Renovation D, however I spoke with a service person who told me the owner would ring me back. I did not receive a call back so I rang the courier who informed me they had the tap but wouldnt deliver it because renovation D had not paid their bill. I continued to ring Renovation D and after several calls I eventually got through to the owner who told me it was all a misunderstanding and that the tap would be delivered shortly. When the tap finally arrived I could see it had clearly been returned from a previous customer as there was damage to the mounting bracket and plaster on the rubber bungs used to protect the threads. Fortunately I was able to fix the leak and the damage to the mounting bracket could not be seen however the whole experience was terrible and I certainly wouldnt recommend buying anything from them.

Be very careful when you purchase from these people. Very friendly and helpful when purchasing, but dreadful if something is broken, and so not fit for purpose, and is still under warranty. They will replace the part but you have to pay for the plumber!!. Even if you have spent a lot of money at the store they are not interested and very rude. They won't take the product back for refund. I would give minus if I could. Very costly and unpleasant experience.

POOR after sales service. I purchased a lollypop tap with 5 years warranty. After only 2 months one of the taps broke. Spent a good 30minutes in their shop just to get them to replace with a New one ? HO No they gave me a second hand replacement item. The tap only cost $50 to begin with. What tight Asses. !!!!

Incredibly poor customer service from the warehouse staff. Their nice until they take your money then to get any service it's like pulling teeth.
Update: took the toilet home to find a seal missing. Do you think I want to go all the way back and deal with these muppets to get the missing seal or just buy one from bunnings. Not worth the $18.

It's not what the hype cracked up to be. The staff in general is just not bothered about customer service. The showroom is dark at the back. With regards to the products, there are plenty of places where better quality items are sold for much less. Yes, better quality. We once bought from them to years back, and still today they have the exact same items. It would have been fine if they were cheap and some one was after something cheap regardless of service. Now they lack, service, quality, price and variety.
