After spending some time finding an item due to just being given vague directions by the staff instead of proper service, I was informed by the cashier that the tagged price was a member only price. When I informed her that I thought that that was illegal to ask for a higher than tagged price I got put on ignore. Springvale shop

The customer service (or lack there of) received here by one of the staff was enough to never return again. Absolutely shocked out the downright rudeness and blatant disrespect she displayed. Pathetic!
