Laura was amazing in the process of securing a mortgage for me. It was a really stressful period with the recent interest rate rises and tough financial times being faced, however she was reassuring and navigated all obstacles that came our way. Laura was kind, clear and concise with all the information presented, so I knew what was happening every step of the way. Furthermore, Laura went above and beyond by meeting me outside of work hours and driving to see me, in order to explain and sign documents. I even had a short trip overseas for business during the lead up to settlement which I was concerned about, however Laura ensured that I was kept in the loop throughout and reassured me that she would take care of everything (which she did!). Thanks to Laura, I now own my first home and I can’t recommend her enough. Laura's help is something I'll never forget!
