Double Glazing is well known for its elegance in design, noise reduction and energy efficient among many of its positive attributes. Having made the decision to incorporate double glazing in building our new custom home, we contacted Bipin for a quote. He was quick to respond and pricing was competitive.
Bipin was also unassuming, friendly and patient in listening to our needs and even prepared to meet our Custom builder to discuss on the “product, quality and processes” before the builder could include this portion of the work as part of the builder’s contract. In fact, Bipin has an innovative brick in sub-frames, which can be bricked in like normal Aluminium windows, which many builders are familiar with. He worked well with the builder, was easily contactable and delivered on his word, throughout the entire period. Other trades who came through the house after the windows have been installed, have commented on how good the windows look and fascinated by the retractable fly-screens.
We are really happy with the pricing, installation, quality of the products and the service rendered and would recommend Canon Double Glazing, to anyone who is considering double glazing for their homes.response / report this review -

I am renovating a house in Qld and wanted upvc double glazing. I'm originally from Ireland where these are standard. I couldn't find it locally, except at very inflated prices. A google search took me to Canon in Perth and I wrote to them asking, if they could supply me. Bipin was right back to me and guided me through the whole process. My windows are now in and they are just fantastic. Even the packaging of the windows for transport from Perth was impressive. I also used upvc cladding for my soffits and they really compliment the clean look of the windows. We had French Doors made for the front and fitted the retracting fly-screens which allow the windows to be unobstructed when the screens are not in use. When we were installing, Paresh from Canon helped with any questions we had by phone, even making short instructional videos for clarity. I can't say anything negative about Canon. They went above and beyond to get me what I wanted and they were very good value for money. I can't speak for the long term quality of the windows, but they seem great - similar quality to what I had in Ireland. Thanks guys.

I could not be happier with the job done by Canon Double Glazing. They were very quick to provide a quote, were significantly cheaper than any of the others that bothered to respond and the product, professionalism and finishing off were excellent. The team that installed the windows were really clean and tidy. I can’t recommend them more. Don’t waste your time on the others 👍👍👍

Great product, price and service and would happily recommend to others.
We just completed building our first house and used Canon Double Glazing for our window and 6m sliding door for our solar passive house. We are really happy with the look and feel of the door and windows and have had many positive comments about the wood look (oak) sliding door and white windows including the pull down flyscreens.
Our builders normally use Jason, but allowed us to organize our own glazing while giving us the credit. Canon's quote came in significantly cheaper than other DG companies, due to the fact that they make their own frames rather than importing from Europe. We wouldnt have been able to afford the other companies that quoted us, but were so glad that we upgraded to Canon's product.
Bipin was mostly always available to talk with immediately, but when I couldnt get hold of him, he responded quickly and professionally via email or a call back.
Service was excellent throughout our build. The guys came back to adjust the heavy sliding door after it became difficult to lock due to the pad settling- (apparently a normal part of the building process). They also stayed in communication when a part was delayed.
One thing to take into account for potential buyers: I would say that for people who are conscious of getting an airtight seal- go for the awning design. We got 2 sliding windows in our bedroom (all the rest awning) and the awning does a better job of airtightness and keeping out sound. That said, when I raised this with Bipin, he sent the guys around and they upgraded the seals, (just this week) so we'll see how it goes- but once again another big tick for service.
Overall, the windows themselves feel to me like a premium product, and we are extremely happy with the result.response / report this review -

Our experience with Canon Double Glazing was great! Here's why
During the build of our new home they noticed that the advanced Passive Solar design of the South-facing external walls might not control rainwater in the usual way. They alerted us to the potential problem and offered to design, manufacture, supply and then install the solution. Now we have cute-looking weather-strips that look like tiny awnings above the South-facing upstairs windows all without charging us anything extra from their original quote!
Then their windows, security doors and screens have a clever multi point latching mechanism, like the systems used on jet aircraft. These make sure that doors and hatches stay shut when required for safety. When we told them that just one of our upstairs windows didn't seem to stay shut as tightly as expected they quickly sent their team to make a small adjustment. No problems! Whilst they were at it they checked all of the windows, doors and security screens (every external wall opening in our home is equipped with Canon DG systems).
Truly excellent service and real peace of mind for our security.
Would we recommend them? Absolutely!

I had search on google and got so many quotes from different companies. Canon was the cheapest one but offer same quality. I had installed windows and sliding door for master bedroom to reduce traffic noise. It is AMAZING! Very helpful! Thanks Bipin and Canon!

We were recommended Canon Double Glazing from a friend who has also used them and found their pricing to be the best in Perth. We ended up replacing all of our windows and doors in stages over a year, and Bipin and the team were great - even custom making a door for us to fit our choice of pet door. They also returned to replace a couple of fly screens when we had a minor issue with them. The recent bad weather has made us realise how much we appreciate our new windows & doors, they look great & we’re really happy with them.
