We paid them twice -and double of what we have been offered by another company-, took them 2 truck rolls to install a kitchen sink which supposed to be the bread and butter for a plumber!
Rude back office and incompetent technician! Absolutely dissatisfied with their poor quality and expensive service

We had to call the plumber twice for the same leakage, were charged both times and then due to the same leak happening again and our room getting drenched with water, no responsibility was taken and we had to pay $2000 to cover the damage. Email attached of response.
Unlike last review's comments of contacting us, no support was provided and the company washed their hands off our matter

The Heritage Plumbing Group did a fantastic job identifying a leak under the concrete slab of the house and then working out a cost effective and efficient way to bypass this leak. The team showed great courtesy and concern for my elderly father and made sure that he got running water back as soon as possible. We are very grateful.

Submitted an online request on a Sunday night for a non urgent leaking toilet problem. Received a call back next day, with Roger attending on time a couple of days later as we had agreed. Job completely quickly and no more leak! Will use again.

After a couple of poor experiences with plumbers I spent a lot of time trying to find a local business with good reviews, and that's when Heritage came into view. Sure enough they backed it up with excellent communication and a willingness to take on a small yet complex job with my quite rare bathroom tapware. They went out of their way to source replacement parts, keeping in touch regularly to advise of progress. They were also able to quickly fix a couple of areas where my gutters were leaking, both on the ground and second stories. Highly recommended.

Have always had a great experience with Heritage Plumbing. Celeste is always pleasant and professional. My plumber Alex was great, he was efficient, pleasant and did a great job and cleaned up after himself. Good work guys, definitely recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Quick & Prompt Response, Great on the phone plus Job completed with no hassle. Remy straight away knew what was to be done and got on to it straight away. By far the best plumbing service I have ever used.
