  I had the time of my life on the 10 day tours Perth to Broome and Broome to Darwin. Mon and Gav were our guides and they were amazing!! They made our tour the best. On both tours I luckily had a lovely group of people and Mon and Gav worked incredebly hard to make everything possible. Swimming with humpbacks, whalesharks, beautiful hikes, even extra hike and activity options if time allowed us to. They made us great meals and used time so efficiently possible to make sure we had more than enough time to spend on the beautiful places we visted. Also they dealt very well with difficult situations that were outside of their power and found a solution for everything. The tour itself and the places we visted were amazing as well!

  Si pudiera darle 0 estrellas se las daría, reservé y pagué mi tour como corresponde. 3 días después me enviaron un correo el cual indicaba que ya no quedaban cupos disponibles para el dia que reservé, por lo que me ofrecieron el cambio de fecha (indicando fechas supuestamente disponibles) o devolución del dinero. Les comenté que prefería cambiar la fecha a una semana antes ya que me supuestamente quedaban cupos, pero no fue así, recibí otro correo el cual indicaba que tampoco existía cupo para esa fecha siendo que ellos mismos me indicaron anteriormente que existía cupo, por lo que me indicaron que buscarían otra fecha para acomodarme y me contactarían los antes posible. Unos días después envié un correo preguntando si existía algún avance con mi problema y respondiendo al día siguiente solo me dicen que lo estaban revisando. 2 días más tarde sin tener respuesta alguna, les envié nuevamente un correo electrónico para pedirles la devolución del dinero y me responden al día siguiente que lo gestionarán pero que demorará hasta 10 hábiles (business days) en tener el dinero en mi cuenta bancaria.
  Lo peor de todo es que me hicieron perder tiempo y me atrasé en la compra de vuelos (vivo en Brisbane y el tour iniciaba en Adelaida hacia Melbourne) y hospedaje, por lo tanto ahora su costo es más elevado y además tendré que esperar a tener el dinero en la cuenta para poder buscar otro tour.
  Por otro lado al revisar la página web, sigue indicando que quedan cupos para la fecha que yo necesitaba.
  Empresa poco seria, no la recomiendo para nada.

  Such a great experience. Dan our tour guide was amazing and I bet he‘s able to talk about interesting great ocean road stuff for more than two weeks straight
  Discovered many beautiful places and heard a lot of cool facts.
  Would highly recommend this tour!

  Had the most amazing experience on this tour! 22 days through the amazing wilderness of Australia and I wouldn’t have changed a thing! The tour guide, Dan, was great, he was very kind, patient, knowledgeable and experienced. Would highly recommend this tour company!
