  AEP saved us during the Christmas season with a responsive service that allowed us to get our hot water system back working.
  Extremely great service, and prompt response even on a public holiday.
  Can't recommend them enough.

  Highly trained staff , They have very good qualty plunger, which clean blockage in a minute, and you know what they just charge 299 only for plugging for a minute 😉 😀 😜 . Their service start for blockage cleaning from just 99, but sad thing is that they don't have any cleaning service less then 299.

  Louis ticked all the boxes. The quality of his work was excellent. He fixed the problem that I had created and his plumbing knowledge was of a high degree. The pricing of the work done was honest and very fair.

  I don't usually write reviews but the experience I had with this company is definitely worth one. It all sounded great while on the phone but things went wrong. I have paid $145 for a call out and been told that the plumber will arrive within an hour. After waiting for over an hour and a half I decided to find out what's happening just to hear that the plumber is about an hour away. Over an hour later I've received a call The service needs to be rescheduled for the next day due to equipment malfunction. Next day I received a call, and talked to Paul who apologized and agreed to refund the fee and send a plumber free of charge. Nick did a great job, sorted the issue in less than 30mins, so thumbs up for Nick! As soon as he left I get a call from Paul asking me for over $400 for the service that previously I have been told will be free due all the hassle with last minute cancellation the day before, if that wasn't enough I've heard some swear words towards me from Paul when I started questioning the amount. I hope that no one else will have a similar experience with Paul in the future, it definitely wasn't something I've expected.

  Joe was so lovely, was totally up front about what he'd be doing, the initial cost and potential extra cost depending on how bad our blockage was. Whilst he was working he discovered our gas hot water unit was leaking gas.
  
  Joe gave his advice, was clear how much replacement would cost and was able to replace the unit on the spot.
  
  100% would call on these guys again. Thanks for your help Joe!

  Today I was present when work was completed at my mums address, I can not compliment the service she recieved enough. Not only were they professional, they explained everything to her and made her feel extremely comfortable and not pressured about any decision making she needed to do regarding the work being completed. their customer service was above and beyond and the work was promptly completed to a high standard leaving the bathroom clean and tidy. Very much appreciated! definitely recommend.

  Called Tessa for finance options she was so friendly and helpful all the way to the end. She went above and beyond to make sure the job was completed and the finance options suited what I could afford.
  The plumbers were just as professional and friendly friendly great work 10/10

  These guys are an excellent mob to deal with. Sorry it’s taken a while to put my review up I’ve just been extremely busy. I would definitely recommend you guys to anyone that needed a plumber the last 2 plumbers I have used did not even show up so the fact that you guys arrive on time is friggin amazing. Very reliable

  Paul and his team were very professional and quick to act as I had a blocked drain and had guests coming that night they unblocked the drain and gave an insight on what to expect in the future as roots have penetrated the drain thank you Paul and your team for your professionalism
