Unfortunate I didn’t get a good service from ACT Garage Doors: on 2 June I had Mr Craig from that company came and done servicing for my garage doors as it was playing up. He had about 15 to 30 minutes job to spray on the roller and did some work on screws. I have paid him $160 and bought a remote for $60 on the day all up I paid $220. Next day 1st thing in the morning I opened garage door unfortunate it did not close, went back to same situation as it was yesterday. I sms ACT Garage Doors Mr Craig came in the morning and said motor needs to be replaced. I did wait more then week for B&D motor, meanwhile I did contact with ACT Garage Doors Mr Brad below is sms screen for pricing as he committed in first day if motor needs to replace servicing fees will be deducted. Today 15 June I had a phone call from Brad they can replace my motor today. I asked how much I need to pay today – he said $950 for motor and you get discount $100 from earlier service fees and not $160, so you need to pay $850.
I said mate you told me I got a pay $690, I have sms communication in my phone with you. I said well I am not happy to pay more then $750. Brad and Craig were not happy with $750. Hench it’s up to community what you think about this business. My observation it is a ripping off business. I have all correspondences with me.
