  I am a new customer and after speaking to Paul regarding my requirements he guided me future proof designs to help with my warehouse racking system. The professional service I received from start to end is uncomparible. He provided me with a full scope of work and design through autocad. Paul has gone beyond and exceeded my expectation.   Went in (26/7/23) to purchase a bench met Tad and was quoted around the $350 mark and as I wanted a heavier bench top was told it would cost a bit more maybe another $50 or so and that I would be sent an email with the quote. 2 weeks later I called Tad to find out where the email was and I was told that he had to look at another thicker bench top as the one they supplied they were having troubles getting. Another week and a bit later I called again and Joe answered (Principal) and after telling him about my situation he told me that an email with a quote will be sent today (17/7/23) and it was, at 2 and a bit times the original quote (almost $750). What a waste of time dealing with this unprofessional company. Save yourself time, heartache and energy look elsewhere.

  I purchased some commercial shelving and a work bench for my garage. The staff were very friendly and helpful and pricing was reasonable. The product itself is of good quality. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who does DIY and needs a good solid workbench.

  Be extremely wary dealing with this supplier of racking as they are devious, unscrupulous and without any business integrity or ethics.
  As the owner of a racking distributorship in Adelaide I purchased what I believed to be new Colby components to make some changes to my customers Drive In Racking system. I was led to believe that the components I would be purchasing were new stock, albeit having been in the warehouse a while, they did have some minor marks on them.
  What I received were clearly second-hand components with visible marks of where they had previously bolted together. They later acknowledged that new and second-hand stock had been mixed together in their warehouse.
  Not only that, but one of the items was bent and unable to be used.
  After much delay from them and complaints about the shipping costs of replacing the bent item, I collected it myself whilst on a personal visit to Victoria, taking a long detour from my journey to do this.
  Able Storage have dodged, ducked and weaved away from providing any form of Credit for the fact that the materials were second-hand not new, recompense for the fact that I collected the replacement parts myself, and offering any sort of warranty on the second-hand items supplied!
  The worst racking distributor I have ever encountered by a country mile. Do yourself a favour and buy from someone else!
