Can't believe the negative reviews !! We used Abbadale Park twice for our big Greyhound boy Chevy and he always had a fantastic time !!
The staff are brilliant and really love their furry guests :)

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE !!! I went to visit this place and it is filthy and disgusting and it stank. The cattery was dark & dirty, the cats water was filthy and the litter trays were full to overflowing. The stench was unbelievable. there was also no evidence of food bowls in the cages. The cages are very small & very dirty. The moment I stepped into the cattery every single cat started to yowl, they were very unhappy. DO NOT TAKE AN ANIMAL HERE!!!!! I will be contacting the RSPCA.

Why is it that when you look at some people's reviews, (click on their name) they show a very distinct pattern of rotten reviews, if you look at one particular person's review, every single review given to every single company is a BAD one. The other reviewer is obviously a normal person and gives decent feedback. How can anyone take credence in a person who is NEVER satisfied. What an unsatisfied, judgemental and Rotten person they must be.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE

I have never been so disgusted with a company of any kind in all my life. I left my happy dog with these guys Thursday for the long weekend. I was a bit unsure but they reassured me he would be fine and showed me the lovely spacious kennel he will be kept in. I phoned Friday morning to check on him and was assured he was happy and playing with the other dogs, eating and settled in well.

When I went back to pick him up Monday they couldn't get him to come out of the kennel and asked I come in and grab him. I expected to see my happy puppy. Instead I entered a smelly, below basic kennel with a rancid tattered bed completely different to the one he was left in. I found a tired, scared, 3 kilos lighter dog cowering in the corner too afraid to come to his owner. He had to be carried out of there.

He was in a cage across from a handful of vicious dogs with "do not open cage vicious" sign on their cage. We didn't get back any of the toys we left with him. I also paid for him to be washed before pick up which he wasn't. He left also there with no voice and kennel cough. It cost us hundreds of dollars and took us near on a month to get him back to the happy dog we had.

THE WORST SERVICE AND TREATMENT TO US ANS OUR DOG. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE

Pomeranian dogs have two coats. One warm and woolly (the undercoat) and one extremely long (outer coat). Try as we may, we just couldn't get through all the top coat to keep the undercoat tangle free of our two year old pom, Alfie. We took him to Abbadale yesterday and despite the work that was required to cut his coat and still keep him looking tidy, they did the most amazing job. We couldn't have been happier and can't wait for our next visit in six weeks. So a big thank you to the amazing groomer. We can't praise you highly enough.
