  We took possession of our new home in December. Have lived in it normally. Had a gathering beginning May with 50 or so people, everyone wearing normal shoes, behaving normally. Just standing and talking. Scratches everywhere! The timber veneer Kustom use for the Black Japan flooring we've bought seems very soft and easily scratched. When we moved in they looked great, a few months later they look like they've been walked on for 10 years. Really disappointing! A beautiful new home, let down by inferior flooring. The photos show example - not under a table or from under chair legs - of the the scratched flooring in the living area versus a spot not walked on. I understand wear and tear on dark flooring will show up more than light flooring, didn't expect this though :(

  Matt did a lovely job installing our parquetry flooring in our new home back in September 2021. 9 months later we are still very happy with our floorboards. Kustom provided exceptional customer service from beginning to end, as well as ongoing support post-installation. We are grateful to have had Jason, Lily and the team deliver an amazing project. Thank you!

  We have been delighted with the quality of finish of our freshly redone spotted gum floors. The yellowing that the original yuypolyurethane brings with time has totally disappeared as has the much too high gloss. Our floor boards look so beautifully rich and natural, the true timber tones coming through superbly, with a very subtle natural seal.
  We were impressed with the first meeting and job assessment and advice. The original quote arrived efficiently in Avery short time with a reasonable price for a job done so well. The two fellows who can to do the job were professional, respectful and did all they said they would do, in taking good care of everything whilst we were out of the house.
  I would recommend Kustom timber most highly to anyone who needed floors being installed or renewed

  Quality product and exceptional service - Highly recommended!
  
  We had Kustom Timber to pull up the existing floating timber floor and replaced it with the Tempest in Herringbone. Selecting Kustom Timber was one of the best decisions that we have made throughout the renovation process.
  
  In the first phone conversation with Kustom Timber, Erin Colliver (Sales Consultant) was able to give me precisely all the information that I required to understand their products and the installation process. Her recommendation for us to visit one of their showrooms and take some samples home was proven to be an important exercise as it helped us to make up our mind on the selections.
  
  Prior to the installation, Jason Turnbull (Project Manager) noted all our requirements on site and ensured the installation was completed in a way we were expecting.
  
  They understood our needs right from the beginning and (to our surprise) went above and beyond to bring the project forward to start the installation during the Christmas shutdown period which helped us significantly with the entire renovation timeline.
