I am very happy with my new floors. I have recommended you to a few people already. thank you.Debbie
Very happy with flooring- wide variety for choice, staff were very helpful and quick to address a few minor issues, especially David. We had window furnishings done at the same time- so easy to arrange measure and install and very impressed with our shutters and roller blind! High quality and looks.
Very helpful and professional staff, plus big asortyment.
What an amazing team! I HIGHLY recommend Project Floors & Design. From the beginning of our quote request right through to the end after floor installation they were nothing short of amazing. So helpful, very knowledgeable and customer service exceptional.
Seriously, a joke of a business. Had them do our commercial kitchen floor.
Faulty workmanship that didn't last more than a couple of weeks with split joins and bubbled sections of vinyl that we sent to them within the first few weeks to show them. Most likely because they re-used a section of existing damaged substrate rather than replacing it - which we pointed out to them - however they said it will be fine to reuse it. But that's exactly where most (but not all of their faults) were present.
We had also damaged part of the floor ourselves and we asked for them to cover their faulty install and we would cover the part we had damaged - which they said they would do.
So when it finally comes time that we can get the work done, we get the runaround for weeks and then are finally told "no we're not covering anything but we will re-do the floor for you as a new job on your dollar".
All in all, untrustworthy, unskilled and unprofessional to work with. Thanks for wasting our $9k Project Floors.
UPDATE FOLLOWING OWNERS RESPONSE:
1. Yes it was 12 months ago, we really expected most of the workmanship to last longer than that. Good to know that is your standard.
2. Yes and your staff who spoke with our manager said "We will make it right" yet never put anything in writing.
3. Yes, we mentioned the damage we had caused to the flooring and also have the photos of the splits and lifting of the vinyl, nowhere near that damage or anything emitting heat at all - which your rep acknowledged at the time of the original follow up and the one most recently carried out.
4. Yes you did offer to fix it and with some of it at your cost for the faults in your installation - which was later renegged on.
5. What is disappointing is the way you run business. As you have pointed out, we have been back and forth on this and clearly you would not bother with that effort if you felt it was solely our problem that had caused it rather than continuing to send people out to look at it. We asked for what was fair, for an apportioned cost of the repair to be covered relevant to the faulty work on installation. After 12 months of getting nowhere, I posted this review, so please, refocus your disappointment to doing the right thing next time.
