We came to Novapark and payed 95£ cause there were no place left to stay in Graz. We were happy to find a place to stay for one night.
Anyway we expected to get a quality equal to the price but we've got not what we expected.
Our room was with no possibilty to look through the window cause it was somehow locked and all we saw was just a curtains so it was dark even in the daulight, the bathroom was extra old without a normal shampoo (probably the one that we found hasn't been changed for years), we could feel the smell of dusty carpets and old furniture in the coridors and our room.
So I suppose that Novapark was great 30 years ago but now it's too oldschool and overpriced (not even speaking about uncomfortable location)
Well at least the food looked good.

Located far from the center. The rooms are not even close to 3 star hotel. The rooms are outdated, the shapoo in the shower was old and had some rotten particles floating around, the shower system is cranked up, really hard to get normal warm water, it's either burning hot or freezing cold. Room that we lived in had windows to some kind of factory backyard and because of the metal curtains you can't even put your head outside. The staff is okay, but I wouldn't say they are great.

And we payed for this 95eu (brekfast not included)

Overall I would say this is too pricey for the things that Nova park has to offer.

Good basic hotel. Clean rooms and good service. Sauna and swimming are ➕ also.
I didn't use spa and cannot comment that.
Good food at hotel restaurant.

Ideal place for visit of the city Graz.
The bus station is 5 minut by walk, by bus 15 minut to the center. Free parking for hotel guests. For 80 EUR we had bussines room with breakfast and what is really good (in my opinion), the wellness is included. Hotel is not luxury, but is for us was well enough. Our room was big, everything was clean and tidy. All staff was polite and profesional. Breakfast was perfect. Great choice, lot of local foodstuffs. Wellness area is really good, there is one pool, lot of relax zones (including roof) and few saunas.
We recomend this place.

This review is for the English-speaking business traveler. I've stayed in hotels in 16 different countries on 6 different continents and this ranks among the worst (for a business traveler). If you're going for the spa, I hope you like looking at fat naked people and I'm sure you'll have a great time. If you're going for the hotel, don't. The WiFi signal is horrible! Very difficult to get any decent work done from the hotel. The water temperature in the shower fluctuates from freezing cold to scalding hot and back again at least 5 times per shower. There is no air conditioning in the room. Normally this isn't a problem in Austria, but it was unseasonably hot and there was nothing to do but sweat it out. Their spa services close too early for the business traveler to enjoy after a long work day. All that's open after 7:00pm is the pool and steam room (again, fat naked people). My non-smoking room wreaked of smoke and the bathroom smelled like mold. The television has one English-speaking channel so unless you speak German I hope you're in the mood for CNN. To be fair, the breakfast was acceptable, the reception staff was pleasant, and the restaurant served one of the best steaks I've had outside of Argentina. But unfortunately these points were not enough to earn it a second star. If you're an international business traveler, I would look elsewhere.
