Very nice Hotel is near the station. Excellent reception. Tea and coffee are free from 12:00 till 17:00.

If you get the breakfadt you nedd to know that they will remove the food at the end time instead of 30min later.

We rented the big top floor aparment. Lots of clean towels, daily cleanup, Nice view from the balcany and quality breakfast. Fans for hot summerday but no AC. Elevator and 4 bedrooms, two showers and two toilets. Nothing fancy here but good for large groups.

Clean hotel. The room was a little smaller than expected but very much alike the pictures on the site. The children's bed was ready to use when we arrived. The hotel is on a noisy street. We were provided with earplugs free of charge. Between 10pm and 6 am there was not much traffic passing the hotel.

Great place to stay when in Graz, the rooms are comfortable and clean. It is a little ten minute walk to the centre of town, but a very enjoyable walk.

LIKED:
1 - Location - about 15-20 minutes' walk to the city centre.
2 - Parking - it's paid, it's not at the hotel's premises, but you can leave your car there even after you've checked out of the hotel, so you have one extra day to explore the city
3 - The room has apparently been renewed recently.
DIDN'T LIKE
1 - Parking - first you have to find a way to the back entrance as it is forbidden to park your car in front of the hotel (trafic rules apply), then you have to walk around the corner to find the main entrance, check in, go through the reception, find the back entrance (from inside the hotel this time), get your stuff from the car and take it to your room, go back to the car and drive it following a rather complicated route (map included) to the under-the-ground parking facility and find your way back to the hotel. A real adventure, especially when it's dark and evening peak-hour.
2 - We decided to book a room here primarily for two reasons. One, we liked the room showed in the photos, large, light, nicely furnished. Two, the promo text says: "Coffee and tea are offered for free in the property's own business lounge daily until 18:00." Just after booking a room I realized, it was a twin bed one, while we wanted a double bed one. So I asked them to change the room, if possible. There was no problem with that. The new room we got was a “free upgrade” as the staff called it. It was tiny, hardly could house a double bed and a small table. Miles away from the twin-bed in the photo. Not an upgrade.
3 - The room was very very noisy, facing the main street with trams going very very often. Nor the window blinds, nor the heavy window blankets helped with the noise. We didn't have much sleep at night, which had odd consequences - at 5 am we were so tired by not having slept properly for more than half an hour, that we finally fell deep asleep - and woke up at 9:50, thus having a very busy morning, no time to have our breakfast and barely made it to check out before 10:30.
4 - No air condition, not possible to have a window open at night (noise).
5 - The bathroom has a window to the room! Result? You go to toilet in the middle of the night, enter the bathroom, carefully close the door behind you, switch on the light and guess exactly!response / report this review -

Very nice room for three people. Small bathroom. Little bit loud in the night because of tram stop just next to the hotel.
