Wonderful little hotel. Beautifully decorated with lots of interesting art work on display. Friendly and knowledgeable reception staff. Very convenient for local shopping with easy access to the city centre via tram or underground system.

This small, boutique hotel is a gem to be found. Lovely, quiet, comfortable and extremely well located room in the famous Vienna Museum District. Service was excellent by all of the staff throughout our 3 day stay and, on one occasion, went beyond the call, by assisting us even after we had checked out. A lovely breakfast buffet and private spa in the lower floor was included in the very reasonable price. Though the hotel does not have a restaurant on site for lunch or dinner, there are many excellent dining experiences in this shopping district. We look forward to staying with them in the future.

Comfortable and well located small hotel, 5 mins to the market and museums. Close to an Underground station. Recently modernised, air-conditioning. Varied and interesting buffet breakfast.

I came back for the second time on business. It's probably some specific soap they use, but this place has a really distinctive smell that always makes me smile every time I walk in. I used airport transfer both directions, and it worked a charm.

Service at the front desk is available day and night, always with a smile. I turned up the first night and was able to book an hour in the sauna, which was just what I needed after a day of hunching over a laptop while travelling.

Breakfast continues to be fantastic, with a wide selection of fruit, nuts, pastries, bread, cheese, meats, and scrambled eggs/omelettes.

Note, if you're wanting to pay in advance there's a different setting on the website. Normally it just takes information, and not payment. It's important for business travellers. But even though I hadn't properly booked it in advance they were happy to speak to my company and sort out the credit card when I checked out.

Excellent hotel. Fantastic location, amazing staff, great breakfast, wonderful rooms, intriguing decor in the room halls, and free spa usage (must be booked)!
