  I'm really excited about the great service the company provides! I rented an office space in Graz through their website and the whole process was easy and smooth.   When I was in Vienna, I used Matchoffice's services and I really liked it!
  I really recommend Matchoffice unreservedly - if you are looking for a new office space then this is the perfect address! The office space itself is just fantastic - spacious, bright and equipped with everything I need to be productive.   Disappointing customer service. They terrorise you with phone calls and texts. I have received 3 calls and 2 texts in only 15 minutes. I cannot even work anymore, because I am constantly terrorised. They say they have no way of removing my request from the system, and my request was passed on to about 15 different other offices, which is why I probably will be terrorised for the next few days with constant calls that interrupt my work. One of these people actually wrote me a text message, trying to insult me, saying: "Have you ever heard of politely saying goodbye before hanging up?" Not that I would care, but that is the worst customer service experience I ever had in my entire life. The cheapest office they have in Vienna is 85 Euros, so this company is only for very rich people, and not for small or regular businesses.
