I recently went to this facility to visit my friend. Infopoint very friendly, had to give my data there/take my temperature, due to CORONA and then my friend was informed that I was here. Then we came, we went to the cafe and I have to say: I imagined it differently - was recently in a public home, it wasn't so nice there. Waitress was polite and brought us our coffee on the terrace. My friend has been like a different person since she moved here. Awakened and enjoying life again. Will be visiting again soon and if anything comes up I'll change my rating

I wanted to visit my uncle at the residence the other day. I was told he wasn't there. When asked how I could reach him, I got a cheeky "I don't know" in reply, whereupon the receptionist turned around and went about her business and simply left me out in the rain instead of possibly leaving a message. I'm now seriously wondering if these are common methods of residence to keep visitors away from the elderly? Especially in front of rich old people? VERY QUESTIONABLEor maybe they are being systematically shielded????
