The location of the hotel is very good. The employees very polite and gave us all the information we needed. The room is not very big but for us it was great. Very clean. The breakfast was great. The first morning they had beetroot juice which was great. But was only one time. The internet was good.
We definitely recommend this hotel. Great choice for a trip to Vienna.

Would not recommend this hotel due to the renovation of the building next door. It was extremely noisy during the day and we were not informed of this upon check in. Our room was directly above where the work was being done. Not a great experience.

Good hotel with clean rooms. Only needed it for a night. Glass door into toilet very convenient as we usually watch each other pee.

Very enjoyable stay. Great location and value for price. Breakfast was great for 13 euros. We were lucky that we had a room to the quiet side of the hotel. Great stay and will always come back

I found extremely disappointing that clients have to pay for the wifi.

anyway I think that the price of the hotel is good for what you offer. despite not in the centre, I think that the location is good since very close to the tube station. the area is ok.
the rooms are good, could be a bit cleaner but they're fine.
food was really not good.

Nice atmosphere and it is in the middle of the old town, near westbahnhof, but i didn't like that i was there at the first time and i couldn't use wifi. The staff sad i can only have free wifi when i stay the second time. 😔

Nice hotel. Breakfast is great with a large selection. Rooms are small but comfortable. Only one thing is terrible: in todays day and age, who still charges for wireless?

Leonardo Hotel is in the perfect location and it's rooms are comfortable. For the price, it's more than you'd ever expect. Right across the road from the train station, tram station and the top end of the infamous Maria Hilfer Strasse. My family travel to Vienna up to 4 times each year and never stay anywhere else. It's near so many restaurants and shops, as long as you don't mind a short 1-5 minute stroll. Or, keep going and walk all the way down to Old Town Vienna, in about 20 minutes. If you're unsure of where to stay, you will be happy at Leonardo Hotel.

Hotel need better maintenance, room's are quite small and not so clean. Room window were not washed for a long time In bathroom you need to watch not to brake glass shower cabin doors on toilet seat, but for 50 EUR this is what you get Hotel is close to West bahnhof (train station) and Mariannehilfe Strasse.

I made a mistake and booked for the wrong weekend for my wife's stay! She arrived and with no fuss the reception arranged a room for that weekend and even though she was a 'no show' on the wrong weekend, the reservation arranged a very fair refund before I could even ask. I stay at Leonardo whenever the city has one and have always had a good experience and this has cemented my loyalty to the brand. Thank you, thank you.
