  Staying in CAV apartments many, many times over the years has been a uniquely wonderful experience. Mr. Voshmgir is an excellent and attentive host who genuinely cares about his guests. The apartments are very conveniently located next to the Naschmarkt and close to the centre of town and all its attractions. They are modern, spacious, clean and well-equipped. A great find and a great home base in Vienna!

  Great stay! Clean, spaceous, renovated accommodation which was super central! We were everywhere important in walking distance and had public transport around the corner. We were deeply impressed by the service provided and friendly welcome. Highly recommend for anyone traveling to Vienna!

  As a returning local, I stayed in one of their apartments that had a living room, a separate bedroom and a balcony. It was very clean, comfortable, spacious, attractively decorated and convenient. The kitchen was well equipped and had an easy-to-use coffee-maker. It looked as if it had been recently furnished and had lots of storage space, a nice flat screen TV and sound system. A great selection of channels and music to chose from. The city center is within walking distance and the U-Bahn is super close. Needless to say that with the Naschmarkt just around the corner, one never really needs to worry about food. There were also many restaurants and coffee places in the neighborhood. Mr. Voshmgir is a great host.

  I love staying at CAV! Mr V is a very good host, and pleasant to deal with. The apartment is always clean and well appointed, as well as being in an ideal location, near the Naschmarkt and central tourist areas. An ideal place to stay while in Vienna.

  This is a real 4 star apartment in the center of Vienna. It is perhaps one of the best places you can stay. Most things to do and see are in walking distance. The food in the area is great. The style fo the apartment is not luxurious but there is all the facilities at the apartment you could wish for, even AppleTV and the bed is very comfortable. The owner is very commited to help you - a bit old school :)

  J'ai réservé chez CAV après leur avoir fourni mon N° de Carte bleue.
  
  Trois semaines avant mon arrivée, ils m'ont proposé de me loger dans un autre hôtel nettement moins bien, pour le même prix.
  
  Raison évoquée : le locataire précédant, ayant un cancer, veut prolonger son séjour.
  
  J'ai refusé ce changement et demandé le paiement de la somme prévue dans leur police d’annulation.
  
  Ils ont refusé de nous payer prétextant le cas de force majeur en me défiant de contacter un avocat!
  
  Selon les avis publiés sur d'autres sites, plusieurs personnes sont déjà victimes de leur pratique.
