  Absolute worst customer service. They charge extra for everything. They were NOT accommodating, and did not guarantee quoted prices. The spa and staff had a foul odor that did not encourage the use of their spa services. Don't waste your money or time to this hotel.

  Great location on the mountain with superb view, great staff and superior, spacious rooms. Great room offers including breakfast, lunch and dinner. Fully recommended!

  Ich kann nur das Frühstücksbuffet bewerten. Waren Tagesgäste, die nur zum Frühstücken angereist sind. Es hat geschmeckt, Servicepersonal sehr nett - das Angebot war überschaubar. Zum Preis von € 22,- pro Person jedoch leider mehr als überteuert.

  In jeder Hinsicht großartig
  Echte gute Tradition,
  Aber auch alles Technische up to Date
  Aufmerksames, kompetentes Personal
  ( nichts "Aufgesetztes")
  Hervorragende Küche,
  Schwimmbad, Solebad, Sauna Kneipeinrichtungen etc. alles großzügig
  Konzipiert und gepflegt. Wunderschöne Waldwanderwege vom Hotel aus anzutreten. Ich werde sicher meine Besuche
  wiederholen.

  Es war wirklich traumhaft schön und nur zu empfehlen. Top Wellness Bereich, alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
