Location was awesome. Directly connected with train station hence guest can wait till train departure time in comfort. Room was spacious for ibis! Very comfortable too. Staff was very accomodating.

I am so disappointed. We were travelling through Innsbruck and I told my Partner we can stay only in this hotel bcose I know the brand and I know what I get for my money.
Wellno I am so said. The room was auwful. Someone sat on the bed before us and the bin was full with garbage. The bathroom was disgusting. The toilet seat was dirty and were black hair in it and also on the shower wall. The room was with disabled facilities and all the plastic handgrips were dirty. I was waiting the morning so badly to leave this place! So said, so disappointed

This hotel is located few steps away from central station and just few minutes walk from city center. Big and clean rooms, friendly service and the perfect location, made my stay very comfortable.

This hotel is in a great location just a 5 minute walk from the old city, especially if you have a car. (Car parking is €12 per day.) For those arriving by train, it's right next to the train station. The hotel seems quite new & our room was spacious, comfortable & had everything we needed - WiFi, air conditioning, satellite TV (with English channels).

The hotel is right next to the train station. It is spacious and clean. The main city centre is within walking distance, about 15mins from the hotel. However, there isn't any eateries nearby besides those in the train station. Proper restaurant is at least two streets away. Recommended for convenience.

Cheap accommodation with convenient access to the Innsbruck train station. Rooms are clean and functional enough. Not much amenities for a budget hotel.

Really nice hotel in the heart of Innsbruck. Very close to a verity of shops and transport stations. This have a car park which is located just before you reach the hotel, you will see signs for it about 300 meters before you reach the
Hotel. However if you miss it there's a big underground car park right under the hotel which will change you €19.00 per day which is not a lot however ibis car park only costs €12.00 per day so it's up to you. Overall the staff spoke perfect English and were really accommodating to all of our needs. The rooms are typical ibis rooms, spacious and clean with great view of the city. Overall my wife and I had a great time staying over at Ibis Innsbruck.
