  Location is good but the hotel is not like 4stars hotel. The onething most greatest thing was for me was kind staff.

  Why this place has 4 stars is beyond me. The rooms are something reminiscent of a 2 star hotel located alongside a highway, lacking both amenities and decent decoration. Breakfast was sub-par (unless boiling your own eggs is your thing) and not really worth the effort. Service was okay and the only good thing about this place is the location as it's smacked right in the centre of Vienna.

  Welcoming and helpful personnel; historical building; great location. The rooms' interiors are a bit more spartan than you'd expect from the opulent façade and ground-floor lobby.

  Spacious room, comfy bed, lovely staff, decent free breakfast, great location, and affordable! I want to give 4.5 stars but can't. Only issue is that my room didn't appear to have air conditioning. Wasn't too hot so we were okay, but would just call ahead to confirm a/c or not. Would stay again!
