It's so relaxing. A luxury hotel that holds onto it's family business atmosphere. We're on our 5th visit, others here are on their 20th. You don't get loyalty like that without real quality!

We have stayed here many times - always a great welcome and made to feel a friend of the family. Frau Brunner has kept up to date in presenting and running the hotel but keeps the 200 year family tradition of excellence in caring for her guests. Her staff are the most cheerful, attentive and helpful we have ever met. You cannot stay here without being delighted by the hospitality, cuisine, pool, fitness spa, comfortable rooms with wonderful views and the convenient central location with garden and car park. The cable car terminals for Kitzbulerhorn and Hahnenkamm are only a few minutes walk away. In short : the Gem of Kitzbuhel. You will want to come back!

We have stayed at the hotel for one week now in a 'superior double ' room which has a fabulous view of the kitzbuheler horn. Well placed in the town and 10 minutes walk from ski lifts. I only wish we had had tea & coffee facilities in the room.
