  Room safe would not open & had all our valuables & medicines in it. Duty Manager was in another town & unwilling to help.

  Overpriced - and avoid the breakfast.
  We had an apartment, which was essentially sofa beds in a kitchen/dining area with a separate double bedroom.
  When we checked in i am convinced they said that breakfast was €5. However, we were charged €15, including my teenage girls. Not even sure that it was worth €5 though.

  Excellent location in the centre of Zell am See. Reasonable value for money considering location, with food and drink also affordable.
  The staff were excellent and especially helpful when we experienced a motorcycle breakdown whilst in their garage. We needed recovery to a Honda dealer and the staff, especially Karl, were extremely helpful and supportive.
  Would recommend a room in the newer building and would ask for a quiet room, given the central location. Would certainly use again and no hesitation in recommending the facilities and staff.

  Rooms are very spacious and come with a balcony, location is nice and central, but too close to the barstrip do there is a lot of noise, crew is friendly and very helpfull, overall 4out of 5
