Booked this hotel through DB Vertrieb GmbH and sent email directly to the hotel to confirm that we are arriving by train at 01.00am
No reply
Arrived at the hotel at 01.00am and have been told that the hotel is fully booked. what a shame
Spent 2 hours searching from hotel to another and have been told that due to a concert probably all the hotels are fully booked, so had to spend the night on a bench in a square
A simple email would have been more than enough!
One month later discovered that my Visa account has been charged as well!! What a shame. Up to now no reply from DB Vertrieb GmbH :-(

Allow us to have early check in when the room is ready, free stay for baby with baby crib, room is very big and clean with dining table, free breakfast is very nice, 7 minutes walk from central main station. Very friendly reception and there's a stand fan in the room for summer! Price is good.

The room was very spacious and the staff well mannered; a big contrast to nearby Eco Suite. The young lady who prepared the breakfast hurried out the preparation in time for our early check-out. It was raining heavily that morning but she was so kind to contribute umbrellas so that we could walk to the train station without getting wet. We will never forget such a kind gesture which is really projecting a good image of her country to foreigners. We strongly recommend this hotel to whoever who wish stay in Salzburg during his/ her trip. I sent my best regards to the lovely young lady.

Good hotel except single room is small other Wise OK. On the road side free internet good clean hotel and breakfast is very nice cooking staff is so lovely helpful go for it
