Our first impression who check in was quite bad. 0/5. We booked looking pictures and amneties online and 4* status but we didn't feel even like 3* overall.
While check in , only one girl was at front desk, she gave us room keys and handed over some pamphlet of Vienna tours and told us we can go to room on our own. They don't provide service for luggage , no one came to show us our room or drop our luggage or explained about hotel amneties or activities.
We went with luggage ourselves to room provided, she provided room no 255 and when I opened room with card, someone's cloths were there over bed, so I went downstairs and kept my wife waiting outside room as we had large bags and I don't want to carry luggage again downstairs. When I tol her that room is occupied perheps and someone's cloths r there inside, she told it is Ur room only, after I explain her 2-3 times, she checked again and told she is sorry, it was wrong room, our was 225. I was really shocked. We came from India after 16 hours travelling, already tired and shocked that 4* hotel in Europe offers such bad hospitality ?? After getting into correct room finally, there were no toiletries inside room except soap and body wash, after I asked and explained, they sent body lotion and bathroom slippers finally! I also asked for water, they told they don't provide water bottle / mineral water and we can drink tap water. After I requested, they provided 2 mineral water bottles on first day , subsequently we drank tap water.. then I asked them for adaptor for our charger as in room, they had different sockets where we can't plug our charger,, for which first they asked 50euro security deposit, I was shocked to hear that,, as original value of those adaptor is evenresponse / report this review -

A bit outside of the city and expected a little more from a Hilton Hotel. Rooms are okay, but there were ols stains on the carpets. But room prices are really good

Good hostel. It is suitable for meetings and good for business accommodation. A little bit far from city centre but there is shuttle all day long.

Its a great hotel, I visited the hotel for tourism purposes, it has a great great breakfast and also a business's van takes you to downtown (Vienna State Opera) for free on specific times.
Also as a business traveler, its definitely a must due to the accommodationsresponse / report this review -

I had a great stay. The breakfast buffet is a little expensive for my taste at 15 euros but it was very good. The room was nice and comfortable and the staff were a great help.

Most comfortable bed I've seen in a hotel in a while. Location is a bit remote but that's obvious when booking. Friendly Front Desk staff

Our room was very clean staff was very nice. It was very warm during our stay and our room was very hot and the refrigerator didn't work. We went to the front desk and they promptly got us a new room. It sounded like this isn't the first time this happened. If it wasn't for the air conditioning issue I would have rated 5 stars.

Nice hotel.Comfortable,clean room.Only one problem is with feather blanket (I am an alergic).In conference room are uncomfortable chairs.The meal is very tasty. Near is tram and bus stop.Shoping center by the coner.Very good place for bussiness trip or vacation.

I'm not sure what's going with Hilton in 2017. The service at reception was awful / borderline vacant. The printer at the business centre didn't work, there was confusion over our breakfast. Website reports distance from airport is only 3.48 miles but the reality is much further (50-60 Euro taxi or 40 Euro shuttle / person) and so Uber was the hero.
