Last night at this great hotel. Book room with Dounabe view and get a great room with great view. If that is the smallest room ( as my reservation) cant imagen others. Quite and extra clean rooms all hotel too. Cant use the breakfast was sleeping 😂. Workers are very friendly during my reservation have a lot questions they helped for all of them even to my calls every day before my arrival. Inside the the huge Tower area shoping center restaurants, fast food cinema even a club. For all that even u dont need left the building ( great for winters or as my stay the strong cold wind )

We had a very pleasant stay at Harry's Home Vienna. The room is clean and large. Pls remember to pay the extra for river view that we will have the similar view like other luxury hotels like Hilton. The reception desk is always friendly and useful. The only downside I would say the breakfast. Even the 'Big' breakfast buffet, they only offer limited options.

Modern hotel and close to the metro and railway station. You can take the S7 train from the airport to the hotel without transfer. Nice view of the River Danube.

Located above a shopping mall which was very handy. Open market fruit stands on ground floor. Very clean and good accommodations.

We loved our stay there. Educative and welcoming receptionist. Great location as it even had a fruit and vegetables stall near by. And it was inside a mall and close to all necessary things. Also linked to the train station. Room were nice with an awesome view. All in all a good place to stay.

Caveats:
If you are a social guy it is tiresome to receive guests/friends/hookers cause you either must go down and escort them through the checkpoint or advise them how to sneak through. Having a friend pick you up for an early morning flight is risky since the garage is closed with roller shutters and there is no access to the hotel parking space. Drawbacks of "fenced living"

Neat and clean rooms, fast free Wi-Fi, very close to train station U bahn, food court, grocery stores and kid's play station. Good room service. But paid dry cleaning.

Room was Studio Executive, but no fridge and no kettle and mugs. Even in 2 star hotels that have stayed before there was a kettle in the room.
In addition the rooms feel cold and unwelcoming. This might be just a personal preference, but I would prefer warmer colours and a carpet or a rug.
Also, don't go for the river view. Too industrial.

Room was nice and cozy but very modern. No top sheet on bed or wash cloth. Beyond that it was perfect for what I needed.

Of above was b4 I tried to check out and gave them 4 stars for that. Now for the loss of 2 stars.

I was there overnight because my flight was very early on Saturday morning, 6 am, I talked to 2 different people, directly 4 indirectly, about getting a car to the airport at 4 am. That part worked fine. What didn't work. The desk isn't maned 24/7 so here I am trying to check out and pay but there is no one there. The only people are the porters who have no clue. They call some guy on the phone and he tells me I have to pay cash to the porters but a) I only have a credit card no cash. B) it's a corporate trip so I need a receipt which they couldn't avoid.

It's one thing to not have it manned 24/7 I'm fine with that but you should have a better checkout procedure and let people know ahead of time what's going on.

Amazing hotel, feels like your own apartment. Staff was very helpful and organized our late arrival. Breakfast won't blow your mind with variety, but it was good. Given the location you have access to stores and food court. You have a lot of places around including nice walk on river bank and its right next to subway station.
