  The 2 installers who took care of the overflow valve of my boiler were more than just competent. They arrived punctually at the agreed time, were very polite and answered my questions very well and in an understandable manner. I also got an appointment very quickly. I am more than satisfied and will contact Erge Beranek again in the future if such a problem occurs again. I can only recommend it.

  Mitarbeiter sind unhöflich und Respektlos
  Arbeiten fehlerheit und inkompetent
  Es wird nicht Lösungsorientiert kommuniziert sondern man wird erniedrigt und sogar auf Serbisch als Hure beleidigt
