I have now registered for the second time in this registration office and am really impressed with the service of the employees.
The very friendly Mrs. KNOTEK already gave me the most precise information on the phone the first time, and she even immediately informed me by phone when the leasing company had received the type certificate I needed to register.
Regardless of whether you cancel, change or register, Ms. Knotek was always extremely helpful and friendly and worked very quickly and efficiently.
This time I got the most precise and very polite information from Mr. SCHEIBELECKER on the phone. And then on site Ms. Knotek did my re-registration with her usual quick and very customer-oriented manner. I then got to know Mr. Scheibelecker on site as a very committed young employee. So it is a mystery to me why there were two negative reviews on this page in addition to all the good reviews. I personally can only say positive things.
In any case, I will only register my cars in this registration office and have recommended them many times.
