The room is confortable and quite big. There is a kettle and a coffee machine for you to use, a fridge (empty) to keep your stuff cold a sofa and plenty of windows. The windows can be completely obscured, that's very valuable if, like me, you can't sleep in sunlight. There is a big closet and a confortable bathroom with hairdryer. There is a shower/bath tube combo, (I prefer a good shower). They have recycled toilet paper, good for the environment but a little rough for me. The breakfast was very good with a wide selection of both sweet and savoury. A wide array of juices and hot beverages. I only found the hot water not hot enough for black teas. My experience was almost excellent, the only weak spot is the parking area. It's not big enough and even though we booked it in advance we had some troubles on the second day. We had to leave em the keys since we had to leave the car in an inappropriate spot but they didn't charge the second day. Overall very nice

Had a great stay at this hotel, very close walk to the train station. The breakfast is sumptuous, included eggs, cold cuts, salads, pastries, hot side dishes, and automatic machines serving fresh specialty coffee, hot chocolate, and juices. The only wish we had was to turn the air condition on because our room was very warm. Turned out that the hotel disabled the cooling mode at the begining of September! Another plus still: This hotel offers free DVD rentals on the in-room DVD player!

I stayed in K6 room by Der Salzburger Hof this property is opposite the current Der Salzburger Hof, I highly recommend this place for everyone. It's highly furnished with all you need. I can call this place a 5 stars hostel.

Great stay. Walking distance from the central station tram and bus stop. Close proximity to shops and spar stores. Good breakfast. Good room size. Good friendly staff

I stayed in this hotel for about the twelveth time already and on every stay they improved their hotel. This time they upgraded quite a big number of rooms. I love it! I would not stay in an other hotel when I'm coming to Salzburg

A nice family hotel with a very supportive and friendly staff. They also have a great breakfast. Location is not the best but just few steps from the train station and with a parking space for clients.

My husband, adult daughter and I stayed at this hotel. Although the staff was very polite and helpful and the breakfast room and breakfast were very nicely decorated, staffed and the food was perfect I need to give this hotel two stars. We stayed in the Annex and that was the problem. Probably the other part of the hotel is clean and nicely decorated. The Annex is on floor across the street from the hotel in some sort of questionable? apartment building? It is on the second floor above some sort of sports betting bar/or business. It was very loud all night with the windows closed. We stayed two nights and really did not get much sleep. When they say in the description of the Annex "conservatively decorated", that is code for, NO decor, more like a dorm room. Very disappointed in quality of facility and location and atmosphere.
