Perfect location, 20 minutes walk to Stephansplatz or Prater. Excellent breakfast, very useful staff. Clean rooms and a very pleasant Patio!

Rooms are clean and quite spacious.Breakfast is really good.
Little expensive compared to location of the hotel.
Just they have some weird payment method.
1st they charge you for one night and after check in or check out they return the amount that they charged you for 1st night and then again ask you to pay whole amount again. In this process you end up waiting for your money for atleast 2 days after they process refund.
which i found little odd.

I think it might be student accommodation when it isn't being a hotel, but if so it's impressive student accommodation. Great location, nice garden, good room. As the name says, all you need.

Wonderful and comfortable place to stay. Coordial and helpful staff. Quite near to Danube river, with nice stroll alongside it. Spacious and clean rooms.

Room is clean, spacious. Staff is friendly. No A/C but that was not an issue for us (stayed at the 2nd floor in July). Breakfast included is a plus. Although parking is mentioned in the facilities list, note that it is full most of the times and you need to park 2 blocks away in an underground parking at a discount price from the hotel. Room front door was not very well soundproof so you could hear almost everything from the hallway (the other guests didn't keep quiet either :) ). The hotel charges 70 euro from your credit card as a warranty, which they return to your account after you check out. ?(We didn't know about this until we checked our balance online the next day and asked the hotel about itprobably specified somewhere but we didn't see it). Overall it was a good stay.

The internet connection is horrible. No AC. Rooms are decent but small.

Great Room. Cheap, everything you need. Bring your own food and drinks. There are supermarkets nearby, but hard to find the first time. The U-Bahn is 5 mins on foot.

Basic, but functional, clean and close to the city centre. Breakfast is very good! :) The only thing is that there's no AC but they have fans and the staff seems very friendly and helpful!
