  Top Hotel im Ötztal. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Aussicht ist ein Traum. Der Name "Panorama Hotel" ist zurecht so gewählt worden. Das Essen ist auch top.

  This is a very good hotel at an excellent location and with a great view. The hotel staff is very friendly and maintain the hotel very well. The dinners they serve have a local flavor and are tasty.
  Most of the information in the hotel is in German and translation into in English is provided only if asked for. We experienced some hidden costs: The hotel charges for pool towels (2.5 Euro/towel/day) and tap water at dinner (4 Euro/1 lt. bottle). The "breakfast at the hut", that is offered as a replacement to the complimentary breakfast, costs 10 Euro/person.

  Schon die Ankunft war bei der Begrüßung ein Stück Urlaub. Essen supi - Zimmer sauber und ordentlich - Hilfsbereitschaft beim ganzen Personal. Es gibt nichts zu kritisieren. Auch die vergessene Kette wurde sofort nachgeschickt. Toll wäre es noch wenn man in der Sauna raus könnte, aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

  Am Empfang wird man sehr herzlich begrüßt und in alles eingeweiht. Danach kann man sein Gepäck ins Zimmer bringen und essen gehen. Mittags gibt es immer eine Suppe und verschiedene Kuchen. Abends gibt es verschiedenste hochwertige Speisen, im 3-Gänge-Menü. Morgens gibt es ein Frühstücks-Buffet. Es ist alles sehr freundlich eingerichtet, die Zimmer sowie der Speisebereich, die Sauna etc. Das Hotel bietet eine tolle Atmosphäre und eine schöne Aussicht. Ideal, wenn man in den Skiurlaub fährt, aber auch im Sommer lohnt es sich hier. Nur weiterzuempfehlen!
