We spent one week in the hotel this summer and it has not been enough!
Superb care of details by the owners: a very good-mannered family that constantly and invisibly check that everything is perfect. An excellent Food service: in organization, quality, flavor of the meals as well as for the variety of the main courses well distributed during all the week. Maids and Waitresses are kind and very qualified. Lots of additional services also for kids with dedicate areas even in the restaurant in order to guarantee a peaceful relax to every kind of people. Majestic the SPA, tidy, clean and in constant enhancement.
Is pointless to speak about the location of the hotel, simply perfect and strategic to reach every corner of the valley easily, in particular the most famous and relevant destinations.
Very appreciated the Stubay card provided for free at the arrival which allow to enjoy all the attractions of the valley.
At last but not the least, the paramount e-bike service provided at a very good price with the opportunity to request additional child-sit for free.
Special Regards needs to be addressed to the two ponies ever ready to eat grass and to bring child around.
It seems that at Edelweiss they have “Hit the Target” in offering a Paramount service for a very good price.

Absolut Empfehlenswert. Der Aufenthalt war eine Freude. Das Essen ist sterneklasse. Mit dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sind wir sehr zufrieden. Der Wellnessbereich ist ausgiebig angelegt und sehr gepflegt. Wir kommen wieder, keine Frage. :-)

Sehr schönes Hotel mit gutem Service und leckeren Essen. Die Suiten im Neubau sind toll gestaltet. Was fehlt? Nichts! Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Location is great. Food is above what usually 4stars offer. Wine list can be twisted a bitbut no big deal. Staff is very friendly. Family that runs the business is trying its best to pleased

Im short: We were thoroughly disappointed.
We expected a wellness hotel, but the wellness area is small and old, massages are sub-par, and in general it tries to look like a lot more than it actually is.
Additionally there were children running around all day and into the night, and the game room is just next to one of the massage-rooms. Try to relax while 20 kids are running around, playing table-tennis next door
Food quality was OK, but nothing extraordinary, and the choices on the huge buffets are very limited. On first sight you're like "wow, look at that", until you realize you only have three things to choose from, nicely spread and repeating throughout the entire room.
I guess it's a good starting point if you're planning to go skiing with your family and the wellness part is just for warming up a bit after a day in the snow, but purely for wellness I simply can't recommend it.response / report this review -

We hav stayed herre for ten years and love it. The location is beautiful, the food excellent, and the houskeeping impecable.
