  We made a reservation at 9 in the morning, but we had to wait for almost 3 hours before the salesman came (there was a note on the door saying 'back in 20 minutes', which actually meant 3 hours).
  
  Then we decided not to complain about it because the guy was willing to change our reservation from 4 to 3 days and to pay the money back. Three weeks later they say it's not possible to refund and now they are not replying on emails anymore.
  
  Plenty of car rentals next to this one, I would pick one of those next time.

  Made a reservation online then got a call asking for double the amount because the category wasn't available. Most places will give you the next category up for the same, not here!
