Wonderful: I would definitely use them again.
We had a special need: pick up the car in Mendoza at the airport and then drop it off in Santiago, Chile. An Auto Mendoza representative met us at the Mendoza airport and while it took a while to complete all the documentation (the additional documentation was necessary for taking the car over the border to Chile), it was very convenient to get the car at the airport and then meet up with another Auto Mendoza representative at our hotel in Santiago at the end of our journey across the Andes. Both Auto Mendoza representatives were very accommodating and courteous. On pick up at the Mendoza airport, the rep took a security deposit for the car both electronically and by hard copy (as backup, I guess, which worried me a bit) but in the end, all the charges on my credit card statement were right.
The car I chose Chevy Joy was about as base model as possible: no power windows or locks, but it did have AC. I would probably get an upgraded car next time.

Car pick-up was at Mendoza airport, return in our hotel in Mendoza. Both worked very well and fast. At the airport, an employee of Auto Mendoza was present when we came out of the luggage claim. At the hotel, an employee was in the lobby at the agreed time. Both fluent english-speakers (excellent!). The car was in good shape, the few scratches were noted completely and correctly. Also no issues with the car during the rental period. We recommend Auto Mendoza.

Auto reservado vía web. El mâs económico, con muchos kms, pero en buen estado. Entrega inmediata a la llegada al aeropuerto. Buena atención del representante. Todo bien según lo pactado

Stay Away!! it is all fake!! they have nothing not eather one office. The car we should rent was not their property and one day before was even not possible see it. Definitively the worst choice possible. Warning.

Servicio muy profesional con atención excelente, vehículo en buen estado, únicamente con mucho kilómetros pero en perfecto estado de conservación.
En las ocasiones que alquilé nunca tuve un problema mecánico.

Auto Mendoza met us at one airport and provided a Duster which was great for our road trip, and 10 days later, there they were at another airport waiting for us to take the car off us before we flew back down to BA. Very helpful staff, good car, good service.

ATENCIÓN USUARIOS. Muy mala experiencia con el servicio. Tengan cuidado, faltan a la verdad y generan cargos a la tarjeta de créditos inventados. No recomendable. Despreciable.
Nos dieron los documentos en un sobre roto, en la oficina, antes de entregarnos el auto. No nos mostraron los documentos y nos responsabilizan por la pérdida de la tarjeta verde, que nunca estuvo a la vista, ni fue señalada. Es un truco para cobrar un excedente a la tarjeta de crédito. Luego, niegan el procedimiento. Aseguran entregar los documentos en el auto y luego de mostrarlos como corresponde. Mentira. No se arriesguen.
