Customer service is absolutely terrible.
Value for money is 2 out of 10!!
The hotel is pretty, specially the gardens but that is it. The rooms are getting old and the service is awful.
At this expensive hotel you don’t even get free Wi-Fi?
The staff management is ridiculous! We stayed at the suite (one of the most expensive rooms with access to all the facilities). When we went to the spa reception (after announcing the room number) we’ve been given a yellow bracelet but it seems they gave us the wrong colour. Of course we didn’t know about this until later on, ‘a security guy’ made us go back to the spa reception (like 100mts away from where we were), explain the situation and receive the correct bracelet, then walk (100 mts) back to the bar and prove that we were staying at the suite so that we could use the services included. We asked him to complain about this disrespectful way of treating a customer so we had to walk all the way to the main reception so that we could speak to a manager.
There are definitely better hotels in the area to stay!response / report this review -

Very nice hotel, the staff is friendly and the amenities are great. It has 3 different restaurants and they also offer room service. If you stay in summer they have outside pools and a huge park. Nice to visit with family or for a business trip.

Excelente el lugar, la atención y todo lo relacionado con la disponibilidad de los salones para conferencias, charlas, cursos, etc. El lugar el precioso, muy bien ambientado, limpio y con una cordialidad y respeto de los empleados ejemplar.

Buen hotel en zona de Pilar, Buenos Aires. Cobran como extra el gimnasio, piscina e Internet en habitaciones. El bar del lobby no tiene buena atención. El gimnasio completo y buenas máquinas. Buenas habitaciones.
