Nice hotel. Lovely big room. Spa was out of action.

I booked online for March 8 but after two hours I realized I needed the room for March 9th. The hotel refused to change the date. This was not two days it was two hours! This is no way to run a business. I lost my money and decided to book elsewhere. What a short sighted terrible management and a great way to loose future business through word of mouth and bad reviews.

The rooms are quite big and have their own little kitchen. The spa consists on a gym, a pool, a sauna, and massage room (the last one not included in the room price, but affordable). The breakfast is taken directly to the room, and has a wide range of products. The attention is really good. Also, there are some special offers (like the day spa) that make the whole experience more affordable even. Its location is has a nice combination of peace and urban urban rythm: on the north there are some of the most beautiful parks in the city, and on the south you get to experience the life of Palermo neighborhood.

Very comfortable and clean hotel in perfect location. staff are very helpful, responsive and all 3 i dealt with speak excellent English!

Spacious and very comfortable rooms. But the breakfast is a disappointment. They don't have a restaurant else this place would have being one of the best around the area.

Located in a nice area but there's no breakfast area, the breakfast is just a box of low quality sandwiches, cakes and juice that got delivered to you room. Service can be extremely slow though the staff in general have nice attitude, remember to prepare enough time for check out.

The staff is excellent, suits are confortable, clean, luminous and very functional. I love the pool for laps, and the location is SUPERB!!! right across the street from BOSQUES de PALERMO, and minutes away from the airport, quick access to public transportation (buses, train and subway) to go downtown. Stoked I found this gem! Same type of room go for twice as much anywhere else. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDED !

Clean and large rooms, located in quiet area and the environment is relaxing.
Housekeeping is slow, I was out from 11:00 to 15:00 and the room is still not cleaned up, so i have to wait in the lobby for housekeeping to work.
No more breakfast buffets, breakfast is now send to room. They tried their best but this makes it inconvenient for group travelers because breakfast is usually people talk about what to do for the day, you can't do it in separate rooms.

Good location, especially if you are flying in or out of the Aeropark in town. Good restaurants in the area. Rooms are nice, bed was very large and very comfortable. Staff is helpful and friendly.

Clean place, comfortable, good location close to green areas. Good deal. Warm swimming pool, sauna and massage included. Breakfast was not included and we thought it was a bit expensive to pay that amount. Overall I recommend but because of the breakfast that is not included I do not know if I would go back. Double check before
