Pros - free shuttle to and from airport, breakfast included which is ok. Toast, juice, coffee, tea, a small plate of cheese and salami slices. They allowed us to keep our rooms past the check out time.
Cons - have to call from airport to get the shuttle, hard if you don't have phone service. The room is dirty and dusty, bathroom was gross and dirty it really looked uncleaned. I found it disgusting and hated every moment of it. Don't expect water pressure in the shower.response / report this review -

Really great place to stay a night or two coming or going from the airport which is only 10 minutes away from the airport.

Dark room. Pool is cold and dirty, not maintained. Restaurant sucked. Bad pizza. Free airport pick up is a plus. Word to people not from Argentina. You have to call the hotel for a pick up. I asked 5 people before I found someone to make this call for me. As an American, I do not have international calling on my phone. Eat at the airport before you arrive. The man that checked us in was very nice. No water! No hot water at all. And the water didn't work.

Nothing about this place is good! The breakfast is terrible, the service is worse. I waited 20 minutes to check in and 20 minutes to checkout.

El día de la llegada de mi familiar no tenían luz así que estuvo dos horas llamando desde Ezeiza para que lo buscarán y nada. Tomo un taxi que abono el y del cual no quisieron hacerse cargo. Llego todo el lugar a oscuras no tienen siguiera luces de emergencia y pidió que se hicieran cargo de llevarlo a otro hotel cercano y tampoco. Poco recomendable. No puede ser que queden incomunicados. Y el encargado o gerente no quiso atenderlos no hacerse cargo. Salvo uno de los empleados que fue quien oficio de intermediario muy mal atendidos .

Estuvimos alojados un día la verdad es que si bien lo concerniente a la habitación, era cuádruple en nuestro caso , es cierto que se podría mejorar en cuanto a decorado y mobiliario , estaba muy limpia al igual que el baño, las instalaciones en general muy bien y el personal también, muy atentos, servicialesservicio de traslado al aeropuerto bien.
a lo que si habría que hacerle mantenimiento es a la piscina y sus alrededores que son muy bonitos pero muy desatendidosaunque fácilmente mejorables
La zona , muy agradable y tranquila..
La verdad es que la recomiendo hay para mejorar? y si pero es fácil hacerloresponse / report this review -
