Good hotel. Not luxurious but with good rooms and kind personel. The localization is also good. Full of brasillian tourists. Jan. 2018.

Clearly, 4 stars in Europe is a bit better than this, especially disappointing the breakfast buffet. The room is in need of renovation. Pretty good otherwise, very helpful staff.

Great cost for those who doesn't want to spend too much but still want comfort. The room is ok, the breakfast is good and I didn't have any problem with the staff. There is also a small gym which works fine if you want to exercise a little.

Great cost benefit. The place looks beautiful on the inside and is very clean. Staff is very kind and helpful, and the receptionists speak English very well - feel free to ask them tips and directions, as they are happy to help. The hotel offers a simple, yet sufficient breakfast - but it gets tiring after 5 days eating the same thing (there's no variation). The room is very tidy and warm enough to have a good night of sleep. The internet access works very well! My only complaint is that the flush didn't work properly - whenever you pressed it, the water would keep going until you used a trick to make it stop. If you arrive too early or too late to the establishment and you still cannot check-in, you can leave your luggage in a safe locker for free and enjoy the city.
A tip: the room was located at the sixth floor, which is very silent.response / report this review -
