There isn't that many staff, service too isn't of much help. Wi-Fi reception is only good in the lobby. Don't think they serve dinner in the eating area however they do serve breakfast but there isn't much. The first hotel room I stayed in had a leaky toilet, spilling out bad water, the second had screaming faucets whenever you used water. Air pump had a small leak as well. Alright room layout though.

Excellent customer service and when the front desk did not understand English the one gentlemen would use a translation app to help correspond with me! I did enjoy the free breakfast. Location was excellent with a parking garage across the street.

Great staff, they were very friendly, tho rooms are nice, with a good space, nice bathrooms too.
Breakfast area was somewhat small, but it was never crowded so no problems here. The breakfast itself was ok with all the standard types of food you get in most hotels.
The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars it’s because I could not control the room temperatureresponse / report this review -

I did not enjoy this place, the pictures in the website make the rooms look bigger than they really are, we checked in and left the hotel only one hour after staying. Very small rooms for the price.

Seems clean enough. 14th floor has child's play area with Netflix on big screen & table for colouring. Receptionist on 14th floor very polite & friendly.

Atendimento e localização boa , quarto amplo porém o ambiente tem pouca iluminação , o atendimento da recepção é bom , café da manhã simples mas gostoso . Televisão não pega tão bem .

Excelente la habitacion para 6 personas. Lo unico q n me gusto fue q el desayunador es muy chiquito para la cantidad de personas q aloja el hotel.te axficcias en el primer piso para el desayuno y no hay aire acondicionado en ese piso, es muy escasa la comida y tardan en reponerla.

Te venden una habitación con aire acondicionado y no funciona. Te mienten en la cara. PedÃs el libro de quejas que por ley todos deben tener y te dicen que no hay. PedÃs hablar con el gerente y no da la cara. En fin una bosta la atención. No les recomiendo hospedarse allÃ. Encima no te devuelven la plata. Con el calor que hace te mezquinean el aire, imposible dormir cómodo asÃ.

Ficamos no apartamento para 6 pessoas em 2 casais.
O apartamento tem 2 suÃtes e uma sala de estar, além de cafeteira, microondas, secador de cabelo.
Café da manhã simples mas gostoso, com frutas, ovos, bacon, pães, frios etc.
O atendimento na recepção é ótimo e o apartamento é limpo.
A localização é ótima, perto de vários pontos turÃsticos.
