  Rooms and breakfast aren’t good. The same as education of employee. They have one very small elevator for a lot of people and the hotel is really old. I dislike this hotel!

  É um ambiente agradável, o atendimento dá manhã e a noite é maravilhoso! O café da manha tem uma pequena variedade, e é gostoso! De acordo com minha experiência de estar hospedado em hotéis, que é pequena, digo: Pode ir sem medo, se voce é brasileiro a recepção já fala mais português que castelhano, com um leve toque portenho!

  I will never stay in this hotel again, the breakfast was bad, the bed so hard, the elevators a pain to go up and down, they will get stuck between floorsthe staff will never help you with suitcases, the only thing is location RECOLETA, (but next time I will rent the apartments across the street 3 bedrooms) and full breakfast included. Staff are not competent at all
