When I arrived to reception they told me that if I have no online reservation is not possible to accommodate me. I could do that on my phone in front of them but I arrive to the hostel without reservation because I wanted to see it first. I asked if I can see the hostel first and than make the reservation? They told me they will not show me the hostel. Maybe they were just full at that moment whatever but still I could come back next day if I like the hostel and meanwhile stay in another. I think is really stupid to loose clients by this bad approach for that I force myself to write this bad review.

Beautiful hostel, great location and very good breakfast. Better "medialunas" ever (croissant). Very clean and lovely people. Im definitely going to repeat the experience.

The best hostel in Buenos Aires!!
I have been there for 2 days and I must say it is fantastic!
From the breakfast (loved the medialunas) to the warmth of the personnel. Apart from that, the bathrooms were very very clean.

Hmmm .
Well, this place was recommended and I am wanting to see Palermo tonight, but I can't leave my bag unless I make a reservation, they won't call another hostel for me, or just let me be and explore. I've been to Circus, Art Factory, America Del Sur, and Puerto Limon, and Ostinatto, before this (I like researching hostels) but this is the first time someone cared about any of this. The rest have been welcoming, let me leave my bag, and even allowing me to have breakfast the morning I arrive early. I feel a bit put out.
So much security on my returning home. Too many rules. Too boring, with boring people.
Give your client freedom, and they will always love you. I've just expressed who I love. Stay in San Telmo and book America Del Sir or Circus. Book ADS ahead of schedule. They are terrific. And the Millhouse hostels are nearby. If I knew that, I would have stayed there instead.
