  Nice hotel, cheap, clean. Had some minor issues with water in the floor but very minor. Would stay again!

  Room is very nice. For the price and great location is hard to beat. The front desk is very helpful and friendly.

  I have never stayed at the hotel, but the food at SIPAN here is excellent. My favorite Peruvian-Japanese in town, great wine and cocktails too and the staff is very nice and friendly.

  My son stayed here last December and couldn't fault it. The staff are incredibly warm, kindly and helpful.
