We loved our stay here. Rooms were nice and big, staff was friendly and helpful, and breakfast was very good including gluten-free food options. Good location in the Palermo district, near plenty of bars and restaurants. There's also a swimming pool but we did not have time to use it.

Really sweet hotel in a nice, quiet, and safe Palermo neighborhood. They have gluten free offerings during breakfast (you must ask for it and it's rice based). No room service but they do have a mini bar. We ordered food locally and they are always willing to hold it for your room. There's a stovetop and microwave but you need to ask for utensils. What I loved was the neighborhood and the huge room.

This hotel is in a great neighborhood. Our room was really cute, but it was dusty and had expired food in the mini bar. The wifi was out the last day we were there and we could not check in for our flight. It ended up costing us 200 pesos per person to check in at the airport. No one apologized. Some of the plates at breakfast were dirty. The pool did not look clean. Overall we did not have a great experience.

Hotel maravilhoso. Quartos grandes, com ótimo serviço. Tudo muito bem arrumado e limpo. O design é de muito bom gosto. O café da manhã é bom, poderia ter mais opções de comida. Avisamos que nós éramos noivos e eles deixaram um buquê de flores no quarto, junto com uma opção de champanhe. Vale muito a pena! Bem localizado, com restaurantes e bares ao redor, além de ser em um lugar muito seguro.
