  Lovely hotel with amazing views over the lake. A bit of a way out of town, but they have parking spaces. Don’t order the room service, it’s bad. But really, the staff are exceptional I can’t say that enough. I lost my camera charger when the airline lost my suitcase and the staff here helped me hunt down someone who lent one to me. Really amazing service. Say yes to eggs at breakfast too.

  We spent our honeymoon in suite 10 (an apartment in front of the main hotel building with beautiful views and a private tub overlooking Lake Nahuel Huapi) and had an amazing time! All of the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and clearly interested in making sure we were well taken care of. We were given a number of fantastic recommendations for restaurants and activities and feel like we were able to take full advantage of all that Bariloche has to offer. Looking forward to our next stay!

  Hotel maravilhoso, próximo a alguns restaurantes, e a uns 10 minutos do centro de carro.
  A equipe do hotel está de parabéns, e gostaria de deixar meu agradecimento ao Luciano, Lúcia e toda a equipe, pelo ótimo atendimento.

  Incredible. Everything we wanted from a honeymoon suite. Jacuzzi overlooking the lake, big comfy bed, fireplace, amazing lake views and a little kitchenette perfect for throwing together a sandwich when you don't feel like going out. I'd recommend asking for the North facing Lago suite as there are two and that one is far more private.
