  Beautiful location and great hospitality. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. Complimentary breakfast served in their all glass window dining room overlooking the lake. The pool facility also overlooks the lake via a large glass window wall, and is heated to a very comfortable temperature to encourage full relaxation. Far enough outside of town to avoid the noisy crowds but close enough that we walked to the main town square every day that we were there. The brewery and restaurant and chocolate cafe across the street provide wonderful food and ambiance. We also enjoyed a bottle of local wine in the bar onsite. We also decided to utilize the spa services. I can't speak highly enough about the two massage therapists from whom we received services. They were phenomenal! I am the owner and provider of a small medical spa back at home, and have interviewed and evaluated body workers all over the world. These were some of the most skilled massage therapists I've ever worked with!

  Amazing views lake view from the hotel. Room rates are reasonable but it's very basic so don't expect too much. The breakfast however is a major disappointment as they served food ham and sausages that tasted like it was expired!

  Hermoso hotel, buena ubicación. Frente al lago. Desde todos los espacios se puede apreciar el bello paisaje. Habitación amplia y cómoda.

  Hotel con excelente ubicacion vista e instalaciones se escucha demasiado ruido cuando se arrastran muebles de otra habitación, al considerarse un hotel de 5 estrellas deberian de ofrecer agua para beber y cafe en las habitaciones sin costo extra como en la mayoria de los hoteles de calidad el joven Bruno de Pellegrini de recepcion con muy poca actitud de servicio y amabilidad

  Lugar limpio lindo y moderno. Se preocupan por su imagen y la atención a quienes llegan al hotel . Tuve un inconveniente a las 23hrs y lo solucionaron. 100 puntos

  Fui a pasar un dia de spa completo. El servicio muy bueno, la pileta excelente: temperatura del agua, poca gente, amplio espacio para nadar. El masaje tailandes hecho por Natalia, el mejor masaje que tuve hasta ahora, tomando en cuenta las necesidades y dolores corporales para aplicar una terapia integral, lo super recomiendo. En cuanto al restaurant del hotel Mitico Bistro, ( ya que el dia de spa contemplaba un almuerzo y una merienda) una vergüenza.
  No alcanzan las palabras para describir la mala atencion y calidad en todos los niveles. Para empezar, nos trajeron la carta regular, siendo que nos tenian que traer una carta especial por el dia de spa. Despues de mas de 20 min nos enteramos de que no podiamos pedir nada de todo lo que habia e el menu. Para el almuerzo del dia de spa la opcion eran solo dos ensaladas y ninguna opcion con carne o pastas. Mi pareja quiso pedir una hamburguesa, la cual tuvo que pedir aparte, y llego a la hora de haberla pedido. Yo ya me habia retirado del restaurant porque si no, no llegaba al masaje.
  En la merienda, pedimos un licuado de bananas No tenian Bananas!!! Un hotel 5 estrellas??!!!
  Lamentablemente debido a la experiencia del rastaurante no volveria a ir, pero, el spa es muy recomendado, mas que nada por la masajista.

  Las vistas desde las habitaciones que dan al lago y las del Restaurante. Platos excelentes. Muy buena atención. Excelente ubicación próxima al centro de la ciudad.
